As a mom and therapist that specializes in postpartum, I understand the joys and struggles of motherhood firsthand. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Growing up with emotionally immature or unavailable parents can leave lasting marks, often called "childhood wounds." These can show up in your adult life in unexpected ways—especially when you become a mom yourself. Maybe you struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, or fear that you’re not doing enough for your own children. Perhaps you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or notice patterns from your own upbringing surfacing in how you parent.
The emotional pain and trauma from childhood can shape how we see ourselves and how we relate to others, including our own kids. These past wounds can make motherhood feel more challenging, leading to feelings of guilt, shame, or the constant pressure to be the "perfect mom."

We are 2 moms and therapists, with. a combined 20+ years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families feel happier and more like themselves again. We poured our heart and soul into learning as much as we could from some of the top experts and founders of this field and developed resources to help other parents feel more like themselves again after baby.
